Zuku angers customers with slow internet speeds
Wananchi Group, owner of Zuku fibre, on Monday had its hands full as customers in Nairobi complained of poor services.
Customers complained that internet speeds were poor; some had no connection at all, while others were getting less than half the speed they had paid for.
The internet service provider recently announced an increase in its internet charges.
Zuku, in a series of tweets, explained that they were experiencing technical problems and that technicians had been deployed to save the situation.
Hi, we are experiencing downtime on one of our network carriers affecting connection speed. Restoration is in progress.^DA

Hi, we aware of the challenge you are having. Rest assured that we are working to restore normalcy. Our international carrier is down. ^DA

Most customers were however not happy with Zuku’s explanation.
Some said they had experienced the low internet speeds for days and took their frustrations online.
I swear at this rate everyone will leave Zuku and they will have to shut down. They need to get their shit together right about now.

At this point the only thing Zuku WiFi is good for, is coming to twitter to complain about… You guessed it: Zuku Wifi.

If @Zuku_WeCare had the same energy to resolve Internet issues like they do with payment reminders, this world would be a better place!
