Educate Nairobians on current city by-laws
In the legal circles it is said that ignorance is no defence, but there is real need to educate the public on the current city by-laws before our brute county government workers pounce on flouting residents.
Many Nairobians are forced to bribe their way to freedom or pay hefty fines when taken to City Court for the offences they knew nothing about.
A majority of these by-laws were drafted during the pre-independence days.
