Explosive material found dumped in Mlango Kubwa
Material believed was intended to make a home-made bomb was discovered at Mlango Kubwa on Monday morning.
Police say the material was dumped by people who were riding on a motorbike.
A member of the public is said to have informed the police about the material.
“We are conversant with the material. We have no doubt that it was a bomb,” said Nairobi deputy county commander Moses Ombati.
