The Music Copyright Society of Kenya (MCSK) chief executive Maurice Okoth was on Thursday arrested by police over fraud related accusations.
Police sources told Nairobi News that Mr Okoth was detained together with two others at Muthaiga police station. The were however released on a cash bail.
The trio will be arraigned in court on Friday morning.
Mr Okoth was arrested for allegedly using his wife’s company to steal money from MCSK.
