Singer Esther Akoth alias Akothee has revealed that her bridesmaids and grooms who lined up during her wedding in Nairobi would be heading with her to Switzerland on July 10, 2023.

Making the announcement on Instagram, Akothee shared that the ladies and gents would still be on her lineup.

She also opened up on her plans to hold more than one marriage ceremony.

Akothee recently tied the knot with her lover Dennis ‘Omosh’ Schweizer in Kenya and is set to conduct another marriage ceremony in Switzerland in two months’ time.

“Allow me to introduce to you The Royal Bridal Party gang, our super gang. Heading to Switzerland. For the 10th, of July 2023. Esther Weds Denis. I adore you soo much. Thank you very much for the love and wonderful support,” she posted.

The Sweet Love hitmaker wedding became the talk of the town with many lauding her for living her truth and not shying away. The invite-only wedding happened during her birthday and was attended by the who is who in the Kenyan political and entertainment scene.

In pomp and colour, celebrities, media personalities, and politicians all flocked to the wedding and shared the happenings of the event with their fans.

Her guests splashed money on her with her daughters being proud of their mother for marrying her best friend. While the wedding was lavish, critics also never lacked opinions on what they deemed wrong.

So many questions and assumptions have emerged regarding Akothee’s wedding with some saying that they would still break up since he is her seventh husband.

In response, Akothee, a clap back queen posted a photo of her man and captioned, “King Omosh the seventh. The lion that took the lioness to her feet. Secret admirers are hurt. Omondi is my food, the soup that I am sipping alone.”
