Dennis Okari and Naomi celebrate fourth wedding anniversary

Four years down the line former NTV Investigative reporter Dennis Okari and his wife appear to be more in love with each other than ever.

Okari shared a sweet message with his wife celebrating their wedding anniversary and his birthday. Alongside the message he also shared a video capturing the couple posing intimately.

“Delighted to share another trip around the sun with you. Happy 4th anniversary my love @naomy_joy_o,” Dennis Okari said.

Okari and Naomi tied the knot in an invite-only wedding held at Ridgeways Baptist Church.

Previously he was married to businesswoman Betty Kyallo whom they met while she was working as a news anchor at KTN.

Their marriage however only lasted six months with the two going their separate ways after a messy and noisy divorce.

But that has not been the end of their interaction on several occasions Okari and Kyallo have engaged in online squabbles.

In 2019 Kyallo took to social media and detailed her daughter’s long ailment and how she cheated death following a mysterious ailment that left her hospitalised for four months.

She spent a month of that time in the Intensive Care Unit, according to Kyallo.

And perhaps by design or default, Kyallo also elected to thank several people including her colleagues, doctors, her daughter’s teachers, and friends for helping her out during the troubling times, but not her ex-husband.

At some point, Betty’s sister Mercy and Dennis’ friend and colleague Ken Mijungu were drawn into the bickering couple’s war of words on social media.

Mijungu called out Kyallo for not being honest saying that Okari and his wife (Naomi) were there for Ivanna from the day they learned of her illness and were by her side day and night

Mijungu also said that Betty blocked her from seeing Ivanna in the hospital which is understandable.

He adds that Okari was also pivotal in contributing towards Ivanna’s Sh7 million medical bill.
