EXCLUSIVE: The manifestation of actresses Sarah Hassan and Brenda Wairimu’s collabo

Kenyan actress Sarah Hassan takes on the role of Nina, while Brenda Wairimu portrays Lora in the highly-anticipated Maisha Magic telenovela, “Zari.”

During the show’s launch, the dynamic duo shared their experiences as the main cast members of this exciting series.

Brenda Wairimu discussed the challenge of stepping out of one’s comfort zone and not getting to be oneself in the process.

She emphasized the transformative nature of acting.

Sarah Hassan, on the other hand, delved into the gripping narrative of “Zari,” highlighting its fast-paced storyline.

She urged viewers not to miss an episode, as the story unfolds swiftly and keeps audiences eagerly anticipating each new development.

“I am humbled to be acting alongside such an amazing team who are not only great actors but also great human beings,” Sarah Hassan noted.

She also praised Jiffy Pictures as a fantastic employer, expressing her delight at working with them for the second time.

Reflecting on her collaboration with Brenda Wairimu, Sarah Hassan revealed that their partnership was a result of their shared hope to work together after they first met in South Africa.

Brenda Wairimu added, “We did not hang out in Kenya but in South Africa for all those years. She manifested us working together during my birthday, and here we are.”

“Zari” promises viewers a modern Cinderella story, following Nina’s journey as she uncovers her true family and fortune.

The show premieres on Monday, October 23, 2023, airing every Monday to Friday at 20:30.
