Twiterrati can’t stop applauding judges’ decision to outlaw alcoblow
Social media was abuzz after the Court of Appeal overruled the use of breathalysers to arrest drunk drivers terming it as illegal.
A three bench judge on Friday said the laws introduced by the National Transport and Safety Authority, (NTSA) are inconsistent with the Traffic Act.
The court ordered that they be taken back to Parliament for review. The decision was reached after a successful petition by Reminisce club on Langata road.
Kenyans on Twitter were ungovernable as they applauded the judges’ ruling,
