Boniface Mwangi welcomes Miguna to Ruto’s Twitter-block fan club
Activist Boniface Mwangi and lawyer Miguna Miguna shared a camaraderie moment on Twitter as they took their seats in Deputy President William Ruto’s Twitter-block fan club.
Mwangi shared with Miguna his experience of when DP Ruto blocked him on Twitter and subsequently sued him.
Miguna responded by asking for an update of the proceedings of the case and dared Mr Ruto to take any legal action against him.
He blocked me. Then sued me. Welcome to my world?. https://t.co/NZ00uax680

In 2016, DP Ruto filed a defamation case against Mwangi over a Twitter post.
In court papers, the deputy president wanted the court to compel the activist to delete the message posted on September 28 and compel him to publish an apology.
He also was seeking for the activist to be barred from ever publishing or posting on social media any defamatory material against him.
