Brian Chira’s body moved after autopsy


On Monday, March 18, 2024, the body of TikToker Brian Chira was transferred from the City Mortuary to the Kenyatta University Funeral Home.

Following a post-mortem examination, Chira’s lifeless remains were transferred to the KU mortuary for preservation in preparation for burial.

Family, friends and well-wishers gathered at the City Mortuary to pay their respects and view Chira’s body after the post-mortem.

Giving an update on the process, Baba Talisha confirmed the transfer of Brian’s remains from the City Mortuary to the KU Referral Mortuary.

“Chira’s body has been transferred to KU because it is close to his family home in Githunguri, Kiambu County. Further updates will be given after the family discusses the burial plans.”

The Tiktoker said that all necessary bills at the mortuary had been settled by KRG before the transfer.

He also said that the KRG had paid all the bills at the City Mortuary.

The family will announce the date of Brian Chira’s funeral.
Chira died in an accident on Saturday 16 March.

According to police reports, the accident happened at around 3 am on Saturday, March 16, on the Ndenderu-Ruaka road in Kiambu County.

The white speeding truck that hit the popular social media personality did not stop at the scene.

Chira was being taken home by Zeleck Momanyi, a fan who bumped into him outside a club in the area after he was thrown out by security guards for allegedly causing a disturbance.
