Build public toilets in Ruai and other suburbs
The county authorities seem to have forgotten some areas in their jurisdiction in term of sanitation. An area like Ruai and probably other suburbs which have grown rapidly over a short period require public toilets to be habitable.
It seems there are no such facilities at the main shopping centre in Ruai and the By-pass junction — and if there is — then it too dirty for use or inaccessible.
This is an urgent need at such places where hundred of people converge for one purpose or another.
