Controversial businessman Paul Kobia is due in court on Thursday morning for allegedly abducting a businessman, police say.
In 2015, Mr Kobia was arrested after he started shouting that he knew the circumstances under which former Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s son Fidel died.
And in 2014, Mr Kobia — the man mentioned in a 392-page UN report over a Congo gold scam — shot dead a suspect on Limuru Road.
