Details of Akothee’s daughter’s engagement: Forever with my soulmate!
Akothee’s last-born daughter Fancy Makadia – real name Prudence Okello – has said yes to a marriage proposal from her longtime boyfriend Fayrouz Vivian.
Announcing the good news, Fancy shared a video showing off her ring with the caption. “I’m saying ‘I do’ to my best friend forever.”
In the clip, which was posted to her social media accounts on March 23, a visibly thrilled Fancy proudly displayed her engagement ring.
Expressing her excitement for the journey ahead, she captioned the video: “Excited to start this new chapter with my soulmate.”
Her family members, including her mother and sisters Vesha and Rue Baby, congratulated her in the comments section.

Fayrouz, who recently graduated from ESIGELEC Graduate School of Engineering in France, is of Beninese and French descent.
Fancy had previously hinted that she would be tying the knot in 2025.
She shared a humorous video on her social media, in which a woman complained about not having enough money, with a caption that humorously linked it to her wedding plans:
“My bank account as an engaged 22-year-old student planning a wedding in 2025.”
Fancy, who is currently based in France, recently reached a major milestone by graduating with a bachelor’s degree in tourism and hotel management in February 2023.
Akothee proudly shared the news of her daughter’s academic achievement, recounting her journey from completing Form 6 at Braeburn to pursuing higher education in France.
“She has already secured a job and is now doing her Masters. My daughter has made me so proud that I couldn’t keep this story to myself. The journey of mastering your life,” Akothee said in a social media post.

Fancy and Fayrouz have been sharing their loving moments online.
In a previous post, Fancy gushed about her lover, writing, “I am truly blessed to have you as a part of my life. Thank you for being my lover, friend and confidant. Your love has given me the confidence and courage to take on this world. Thank you for making me a better person. You could have had anyone in the world, but you chose me. I thank you. I love you OC (Osiep Chunya)”.
