Is Huddah Monroe finally off the market?
Huddah Monroe appears to be taken.
In photos shared on her socials, the popular socialite appears to have been taken off guard by her boyfriend who is seen on one knee proposing to her in a room flooded with roses and red balloons.
The photos shared by the socialite caught many of her followers by surprise seeing as she has always remained mum about her personal life, owing to her public persona and business ventures.
Accompanying the flattering post by the businesswoman was a caption that gave her fans and followers the confirmation that she had been taken off the market by her ‘secret’ boyfriend in Dubai.
“Never have I ever thought a Persian man would take my heart and run off with it,” read the socialite’s post.
A few days ago, Monroe shared invaluable advice to women regarding childbirth.
She explained that women should reconsider having before hitting 35.
Her sentiments elicited mixed reactions, but many social media users agreed with her argument.
According to Huddah, the ideal age for women to have children is 35.
“Young ladies, please don’t have a child before 35,” she said.
The beauty entrepreneur encouraged young women to get 10-year contraceptives to avoid getting pregnant.
“Do not rush and bring a child into this messy world. People need to find themselves and God before they find your womb,” she said.
Previously, the renowned entrepreneur had expressed her desire to have a child of her own.
While sharing the story of 37-year-old American actress Lindsay Lohan, who had given birth at the time to her first child, Monroe shared her worries about being late on motherhood.
“At this point, I’m the only one left! Let me gather these eggs,” she wrote on her Insta stories.
In a past question and answer session with her fans, the socialite addressed critics who claimed she would hit menopause without having a child of her own.
She expressed her displeasure with women thinking that they must have children through birth noting that there were many street children and orphans who one can mother as their own.
“I did not know the only purpose of a woman on earth is to give birth. So that doesn’t bother me, never even thought of it. There are too many homeless kids with no mothers or parents so you could still mother them. Being a mother is to nurture or bring up,” she explained.
Still, in early 2023, Monroe teased her fans claiming she was three months pregnant.
“3 months pregnant,” she wrote.
In another past question and answer, the socialite opened up about being married at the age of 19 to a drug addict.
She revealed the marriage didn’t work out as they got divorced after four years, noting at the time she wasn’t a celebrity so no one would know that.
“I was married for 4 years at 19, we didn’t have a child and I divorced because the man was a drug addict. I was not famous so I did not need to advertise it. So I speak from experience. Not mocking you all. That by biggest secret,” she disclosed.
