Kanze Dena celebrates 44th birthday and marriage milestone
Former State House spokesperson Kanze Dena is celebrating her 44th birthday today.
To mark the day, Kanze took the opportunity to appreciate her husband Nick Mararo with whom she has been married for five years now.
“Above all, Mr Mararo, what would the last five years be without you?” she wrote.
The former news anchor also shared a series of glamorous photos with her friends, whom she fondly refers to as the ‘Dena Gang.’
“Dena Gang indeed! I thank God for the opportunity to fellowship and share life as a family,” she said.
She has also appreciated the St Francis ACK couples’ family and her close friends.
Recently, Kanze has had to dismiss fake news circulating on social media about her health status.
The unverified messages claimed that she was battling throat cancer.
The posts attracted the attention of the online community, with many quick to express their support, sympathy and prayers for Kanze.
But the former Citizen TV anchor dismissed the messages while confirming her robust health status.
“Life is good! I am not leaving this journey called life anytime soon. I am keeping my focus on Jesus, the Author and Finisher of my life. I affirm God’s promise that He will honor me and grant me a long life,” she wrote in response.
“No harm shall come to me, and no illness shall approach my home. I will live to testify to the wonders of the Lord on this earth… I am cherished in the eyes of God!” her message read.
