KOT predict internet shutdown on election day
With less than 12 hours to the election day, Kenyans online are a jittery lot over possible internet shutdown during the elections.
The Communication Authority of Kenya (CA) has already assured that it will not shut down the internet before, during or after the general election.
It however warned of consequences to internet users who propagate hate speech. Administrators of social media groups will be held liable for any hate speech remarks on their platforms.
