Lupita graces magazine cover in a Sh218,700 outfit
Kenya’s undisputed biggest celebrity Lupita Nyong’o is gracing the March 2015 cover of US shopping Lucky magazine, donning a vibrant skirt set from Balmain’s spring/summer 2015 collection worth Sh218,700.
Lupita’s cropped top is worth Sh69,300 ($770) while the knit pencil skirt Sh149,400 ($1,660), according to thehonestyhour.com.
But it’s pocket change to the 31-year-old considering her reported net worth Sh45 million and an annual income of Sh5.4 million.
The magazines will not hit newsstands until February 16.
However, Lucky magazine will as early as next week unveil photos from her shoot as well as her cover story.
Both Lupita and the magazine have posted the cover of the magazine on their respective Instagram, attracting torrents of views from the actress’ fans.
