Murugi Munyi – I feel like 85 is a good time to ‘dip’

Content creator Murugi Munyi has shared her contemplation about life, aging, and the perfect time to “dip.”

In a recent Instagram story, Munyi, known for her candid and often thought-provoking posts, spent her weekend in her shagz at what appeared to be a family gathering.

During this visit, she encountered two remarkable individuals who led her to reflect on the notion of a fulfilling life and the right age to bid farewell.

Munyi’s journey of introspection began when she posted a series of photos and videos, showcasing the wisdom and grace of her 90-year-old aunt and her longtime friend, who is an astonishing 96 years old.

The visual juxtaposition of these two venerable women sparked an inquiry that would soon resonate with her fans and followers.

Munyi took her thoughts to her Instagram where she posed a simple yet profound question to her fans asking: “How old would you prefer to be at the end of your life?”

However, it was Murugi Munyi herself who delivered a poignant answer to her own question: “I feel like for me, around 85 is a good time to dip.”

Adding; “After that, it just seems kind of difficult. Just seems tiring. Just 85 is a good number of years to say that I have lived, loved, and tried. 85 seems alright.”

Murugi Munyi and her husband Zach have been spending a lot of quality time together lately, garnering a lot of admiration from their fans.

In August, the content creator and The Messy Inbetween podcast host shared that they were building a house together in Kiambu, further revealing the frustrations of the journey.

The mother of three took to her Instagram stories to shed light on a common ordeal many home builders face – the exasperating journey of obtaining government approvals.

With her candid reflections, she struck a chord with her followers who resonated with similar tales of bureaucratic struggles at the county level. Kiambu County.

Munyi’s frustration was palpable in her words as she remarked, “Doing anything in Kenya that requires government approval is the most frustrating process! This is why people build without approval cause it’s the ghetto. Every time you come here, no one is in the office. All offices are closed. The only office open has an intern and she said today is her first day.”

The content creator has not yet again shared anymore updates on the progress of building her house.
