My child did exist, says Raburu’s ex-girlfriend

Media personality Willis Raburu’s ex-wife Mary Ngami has urged people not to assume children who were born and died never existed.

In a cryptic message on her Insta-stories, Ngumi, commonly referred to as Marya, indicates she’s found herself discussing her child who is no more, only for the other person to appear confused.

She also stresses that she doesn’t share such stories to seek sympathy but to make people know she has lost something dear to her.

“My child did exist. I’ve lost a child. I hear myself say, and the person I am talking to just turns away.

Now, why did I tell them, I don’t understand. It wasn’t for sympathy or to get a helping hand. I just want to know I’ve lost something dear.

I want them to know my child was here. My child left something behind which no one can see, So if I’ve upset you I am sorry as can be. You all have to forgive me. I couldn’t resist. I just want you to know that my child did exist.”

Ngami lost her baby girl, namely Adana, in 2020 and later separated with Raburu.

In April this year, during a Q&A session, she also confirmed she’s officially divorced him.

And in July this year, Raburu and his girlfriend Ivy Namu welcomed a newborn baby, their first child together.
