Pay us our dues, Sauti Sol tell President Uhuru
Local band Sauti Sol has tweeted President Uhuru Kenyatta asking for payment for their performance during the Kenya at 50 celebrations in December last year.

The tweet elicited mixed reactions on Twitter with some tweeps telling the band that the tweet was in bad taste and that social media was not the appropriate avenue for airing such an issue.Others urged them to instead take up the matter with the person who contracted them to perform.

Others felt that it was in order for the group to seek audience with the President as it has been six months since the event was held.
