Raila’s call backfires as Kenyans take on ‘Turudi Kazini Challenge’ instead
Kenyans on Twitter have expressed their excitement to resuming work after several days of tension during the general election week.
Netizens shared pictures of different parts of Nairobi city and also other parts of the country showing normalcy returning with most businesses in operation.
They also captured the notorious Nairobi traffic in some parts of the city on Monday morning as most public service vehicles also resumed duty.
This comes in the midst of Nasa Raila Odinga’s call on his supporters to boycott work to protest what he said was the stealing of the election and a heavy-handed police crackdown on protesters.
Through the hashtag #TurudiKaziniChallenge this is what KOT had to share.
