Size 8: I attracted fake men who wanted to use me before salvation

Gospel singer and preacher, Linet Munyali, widely known as Size 8 Reborn, recently shared her transformative journey from the pursuit of fame and wealth to discovering true happiness through her faith in Jesus Christ.

Speaking on the Chipukeezy show, the talented artist opened up about her struggles with the emptiness that fame and money brought into her life before she found solace in her newfound faith.

“People think fame and money are everything, but that is not the case. At that time when I was born again, I had money and fame, and there was no poverty in my home anymore.

I was getting shows and endorsements all over, but I used to cry every day. The more fame I had, the more fake people I got in my life.

I was young, and the men I got just wanted to use me. It hit me so hard. I never drank alcohol. One day, I found myself drinking in a club all alone. I also started drinking at my house… That is when I realized I was not okay,” Size 8 Reborn shared.

The former secular artist underwent a spiritual transformation in 2013 when she embraced Christianity.

Over the years, she has grown in her faith, culminating in her ordination as a pastor in 2021 and the launch of her church, Christ Revealed Ministries.

She talked about how she used to attract fake people before salvation.

“Since I got Christ, I am now happy. The problem with fame is you are liked by people and not loved. They want to be like you, but they are not genuinely in love with you.

Find people who have been in the industry for a long to help you understand the psychology behind fame. People are obsessed with the like button. Many people don’t know how to separate business and fame,” she emphasized.

Addressing online trolls and unrealistic expectations from haters, Size 8 Reborn said:

“When you troll me, please understand I am not your savior; I am not God.”
