Paramilitary officers swept through Mathare slums on Tuesday in a crackdown on illicit brew.
The raid was however characterised by odd punishments meted to residents and bystanders.
The officers ordered the residents to do press-ups as punishment, while others were told to carry their bicycles aloft with one hand.
The knuckle press-ups were done on a tarmac road that was drenched by a morning drizzle.
