This is how Sonko toasted to his big victory
Nairobi Governor elect and outgoing Senator Mike Sonko decided to toast to his victory with an expensive bottle of whisky.
A photo posted on social media shows Sonko surrounded by members of his team with a half empty 10-litre bottle and several glasses on the table.
From results released so far, Sonko has all but clinched the Nairobi gubernatorial seat with 833,192 votes with the incumbent Dr Evans Kidero trailing on 668,268 votes.
