Blogger makes fresh attack on billionaire Vimal Shah despite gag order
Controversial blogger Cyprian Nyakundi ignored a court gag order on Monday by tweeting about Bidco oil refineries and its chairman Vimalkumar Bhimji Depar Shah.
The High Court had early this month ordered the blogger and five others to erase and remove from their various posts, websites, blogs or any other forms of electronic and social media words deemed to be defamatory to Bidco oil refineries and Mr Shah.
The six defenders were also ordered to refrain from continued reference of Bidco and Mr Shah until the matter is heard and determined.
