Christmas came early for kids from various children’s homes who were hosted to a party by President Uhuru Kenyatta and First Lady Margaret Kenyatta at State House, Nairobi on Sunday.
During the day-long party the children were treated to live music, motorsports, bouncing castles, virtual reality and other fun games.

President Kenyatta and the First Lady danced with the children at the party, which also provided an opportunity for them to interact freely.

The President fielded questions from the curious children on various issues.

President Kenyatta and the First Lady also gifted the children homes an assortment of Christmas gifts with wishes for the children and all Kenyans a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
President Kenyatta later tweeted on his day of fun with the kids at State House, saying he particularly loved the Virtual Reality experience.
Just concluded the early christmas party with children. We had a great Sunday with @FirstLadyKenya. The rides, the dance, the interaction and I must add, I really loved the Virtual Reality experience too. Merry Christmas and a Happy 2018 to all our children pic.twitter.com/1fIhR5efEH
