During their visit, the talented dancers had the opportunity to share the stage with international stars, including Vin Diesel, the renowned actor from the Fast and Furious franchise.
The group, consisting of six minors aged between six and thirteen, hails from humble beginnings in Kampala, Uganda. Led by their guardian-turned-manager, Dauda Kavuma, the Ghetto Kids have showcased their extraordinary talent on various platforms, gaining international recognition.
Excitement filled the air as the Ghetto Kids interacted with Vin Diesel and their former colleague, French Montana, at the festival. French Montana, accompanied by American rapper Puff Diddy, premiered his immigrant life story documentary, “KHADIJA,” which added to the star-studded atmosphere of the event.
“Greetings From New York City. It’s a Family reunion 🇺🇸🔥💯 We will be performing Live tonight at The Tribeca Film Festival for the #ForKhadijaDocumentary Premiere alongside @frenchmontana! See you there!” shared the ecstatic Ghetto Kids on social media.
