Gospel artist Mary Lincoln speaks after her naughty photos leaked
Popular Central region gospel crooner Mary Lincoln on Monday repented and was prayed for after viral photos of her in her birthday suit emerged online.
She was accompanied by several artists that, included Karangu wa Muraya, who also has been trending online on allegations of taking someone’s wife–also a celebrity– to a holiday in Dubai.
“Yes, we went to the Christian Foundation Fellowship (CFF) Church for repentance and forgiveness prayer. Our God is merciful and offers those who repent a second chance to resume service to him,” Ms. Lincoln said.

Ms. Lincoln said the viral footage is “now neither here nor there. What is important is that I am now full of renewed energy to continue ministering and spreading the love of our merciful and forgiving God.”
After she was prayed for, Ms. Lincoln went to her social media platforms and thanked God “for your love…. Bishop Michael Wanderi and Rev David Mwangi for the prayers…May God bless you”.

Images of deeply commiserating Ms. Lincoln on her knees, weeping and deep in reflection, were shared as the clergy prayed for her.
Ms Lincoln thanked fellow entertainers who stood by her in the week the viral videos made waves online, led by Shiru Wa GP, Joyce Irungu, The Bosslady, Karangu wa Muraya , Anne Lawrence, Judie Masila, Wairimu Muchiri “and all my fellow artists and all friends who have been praying with me.”
Mr Muraya said that the prayer session was a spiritual re-energizing drive.
“Jehovah you are God of a second chance and you forgive and forget without dwelling on our past…..from the bottom of our hearts we are grateful for giving our sister Mary Lincoln and us a second chance to serve you…Thank you Bishop Wanderi for your prayers,” Mr. Muraya said.
Ms. Lincoln’s viral images have resulted in a major storm in her polygamous relationship with a local vernacular radio station celeb.
Word on the street has it that her suitor had threatened to repossess his gifts – a house and posh ride – from her.

Before the celeb suitor upscaled her to the world of affluence, Ms. Lincoln was a saloon technician in Nairobi’s Gikomba market, and her music career was struggling.
But when her celeb suitor came into her life, he gave her a major spruce where her music videos were funded to induce tantalizing quality, catapulting her to the status of among the top area gospel crooners.

Her unique voice is her trademark that sells her music to her loyal fans.
A week ago, her naughty photos made their way online on various platforms.
The photos were reportedly taken in an apartment that her suitor had built her along Kiambu road and claimed to have been sent to another wealthy man.
The images were shared by blogger Martha Mwihaki Hinga who has been a real terror in the Central region and Nairobi showbiz circles, exposing scandals of the area celebs.
The Ms Lincoln leaks triggered a flood of comments online, many wondering how, in this age and era, one could dare risk posting electronically sensitive personal images.
