He can dream! Ugandan comedian on Muhoozi threats of taking over Nairobi
Ugandan comedian Patrick Salvado has shared his sentiments on President Yoweri Museveni’s son General Muhoozi Kainerugaba Twitter meltdown in which he threatened to take over Nairobi within two weeks.
Salvado also hilariously shared his political ambitions and how he plans to spend this festive season.
In an exclusive interview with Nairobi News, Salvado sarcastically opined that Muhoozi could take over Nairobi if he wants.
“Everyone has dreams but do they come true? No!” he said laughing.

Asked whether the controversial general would beat Robert Kyaluganyi alias Bobi Wine in the 2026 elections, Salvado shared, “Let’s not go to politics. That is not my area of specialization usually I don’t like answering those very sensitive questions.”

In early October, Muhoozi caused a diplomatic tiff between Kenya and Uganda following his wild tweets. He started off by calling out his ‘big brother’ retired President Uhuru Kenyatta for not contesting for a third term saying he would have easily won.
The Kenyan constitution forbids a person from seeking three terms, Muhoozi went on to suggest that Mr Kenyatta would have changed the rule of law allowing him to contest insinuating that Kenya should borrow a leaf from his father who has benefited twice from the constitution change.

Muhoozi would then sarcastically enquire which was the preferred location for him to settle down once he ‘captured Nairobi.’ This surely left his father with an egg on his face and ended up apologizing for his wild son’s controversial tweets.

Though Muhoozi and Wine do not see each other eye to eye, the two are likely to be on the ballot come 2026 contesting for the presidential seat.
The two who never shy away from airing their frosty relationship on socials, have assured their supporters of a win with Wine saying he is ‘liberating’ Uganda while Muhoozi is ‘honouring his mother.’
Be it as it may, Salvado shares that he is disinterested in politics and would never join saying that his Christmas plans are simple, “to celebrate the birth of Jesus”.
