Kabi Wa Jesus disowns his sister, Veronica amid online family controversy

Content creator Kabi Wa Jesus has taken to social media to publicly disown his sister, Veronica Kabi, who has been spreading information about their family online.

Kabi, who had previously introduced Veronica as his younger sister during her birthday in July 2020, shared a video on his Instagram stories revealing that they are not biological siblings.

In the video, Kabi clarified that while he and Veronica share the same mother, their fathers are different, which means they are not biologically related.

He expressed frustration with the situation and hinted at undisclosed hardships he has faced in his life.

“She is not my biological sister. We share a mum but our dads are different. You guys do not know what exactly I have gone through in my life,” Kabi stated.

Furthermore, Kabi promised to shed more light on the reasons behind the backlash he has been receiving from his sister online, particularly regarding his deep love for his wife, Milly.

He indicated that he plans to share more details about his background and experiences in the coming week to provide a better understanding of his perspective.

This revelation comes shortly after Veronica addressed rumors of Kabi neglecting their family during an interview.

On June 9, 2023, Kabi had bravely opened up about his battle with depression in 2022.

In a candid conversation with his wife, Milly, he discussed his mental health struggles, shedding light on the challenges he faced behind the scenes while projecting a cheerful persona on camera.

During the conversation, Kabi revealed he experienced a state of depression starting around September, which deeply impacted him and his loved ones.

He emphasized the discrepancy between his public image of happiness and success and the inner turmoil he was experiencing.

“My energy just went away. I used to look happy on camera, but I was dying inside,” Kabi shared, highlighting the stark contrast between his public persona and the private battles he faced.
