Man pictured butchering zebra along a highway
Photos of a man butchering a zebra in broad daylight next to what seems to a highway has shocked many netizens.
According to Mombasa County Government Watch, on whose Facebook page the photos were posted, the incident happened in Naivasha along the busy Nairobi-Nakuru highway.
In the photos, the man is seen cutting the dead zebra into pieces and stashing the meat in a white plastic bag.
The authors of the post could however not verify what led to the zebra’s death.
There were varied reactions among Facebook over the incident with many expressing shock.
