Betty Bayo responds to ex-husband Kanyari’s hint at reconciliation with a cryptic message
Gospel musician and ex-wife of controversial Pastor Victor Kanyari, Betty Bayo, has shared a cryptic message alongside a photo with her current husband, Tash after Kanyari publicly hinted that he wants her back.
During a recent TikTok live session, Pastor Kanyari hinted at his desire to reunite with his ex-wife.
Paired with content creator Choffri, Kanyari was asked why he split from Betty Bayo.
In a calm response, Kanyari explained, “My wife just left me. That is life. She did not bear a child for another man.
In an encouraging tone, Choffri assured Kanyari that Bayo would eventually reunite with him.
“She won’t conceive for another man, but she will reunite with you. She will come back. We do not want her to conceive for another man. People will judge you as not up to the task. Call her tomorrow, and she will accept.
Kanyari received Choffri’s words with positivity.
“She will admit that she is tired and wants her husband back. Don’t marry another woman.”
The live TikTok session sparked mixed reactions from netizens, with many weighing in on the possibility of reconciliation between Kanyari and Bayo.
In response to the public discourse, Betty Bayo posted a beautiful family photo with her husband, Tash, accompanied by a cryptic caption:
“For those who trust God for a permanent marriage partner, may God give you a prayer partner, not a prayer object.”
Despite their separation in 2015, Kanyari described Betty as his best friend and stressed the importance of maintaining a healthy relationship for the sake of their children.
“Their mother (Betty Bayo) is my friend, she calls me and we talk. She is my best friend and we talk,” he said.
The Salvation Healing Ministry leader encouraged other parents to prioritise the welfare of their children even after a separation.
“Let’s take care of the children even when we separate,” he urged.
Kanyari also praised Bayo’s new husband. “Even the husband is good,” he added.
