The much-anticipated concert of the year, Raha Fest, unfolded in all its glory at Uhuru Gardens on Saturday, March 30, drawing music lovers from near and far.

Headlining the event on day one was none other than Nigeria’s own Davido, setting the stage ablaze with his electrifying performance.

The 30 Billion Gang president took center stage alongside a stellar lineup of artists including South African musician, Musa Keys, Iyanya, Mejja, Samidoh, DJ Neptune, Femi One, Logos Olori, Morravey, and Zeman.

The electrifying show drew thousands of enthusiastic Kenyans, eager to witness Davido’s stellar performance.

Davido took the stage by storm, delivering a memorable set comprising his chart-topping hits.

As he sang each song, the crowd enthusiastically joined in, singing along word for word, creating an electric atmosphere.

As the concert reached its climax, Davido made a surprise move, inviting Sauti Sol’s Bien onto the stage amidst thunderous cheers from the audience.

This unexpected collaboration left fans super excited.

Davido’s charismatic presence was matched only by his stylish ensemble, sporting a silk flowered shirt layered over a sleek black vest.

Completing his look with dark blue jeans, sneakers, and his signature jewellery, including a stunning diamond neckpiece.

The lavish accessory, adorned with diamonds, was acquired to commemorate the launch of his Timeless album in 2023 and was custom-designed by luxury jewellery brand Local Kettle Brothers UK Jewelers.

Adding to the excitement of the evening, Tanzanian sensation Rayvanny made a surprise appearance, sending fans into a frenzy with his performance.

Hosting the event with flair and energy was Azeezah Hashim, the bubbly host of ’10 over 10,’ while HomeBoyz radio host Chris Martin also delighted the audience with his entertainment prowess.

The lineup for today include King Promise, Ya Levis, Otile Brown, Bensoul, H-art the Band, Nadia Mukami, Boutross, Nviiri the Storyteller, Sanaipei Tande, and Melina Gold.
