Pastor Kanyari: I almost demolished the house I bought for my ex after breakup
Controversial man of God, Pastor Victor Kanyari has once again captured the spotlight with his unexpected rise to fame on TikTok.
In a recent interview, the vocal preacher delved into his romantic endeavors and tumultuous relationships.
Kanyari revealed that he has been involved with seven women in the past. Four of them hailed from overseas while two were based in Kenya.
However, despite these relationships, he admitted to fathering children with only one of them, whom he chose not to name out of respect for her current marital status.
“I have had seven girlfriends in Kenya. Four of them are not in Kenya. I did not get children with them I only got children with one of them. I do not want to mention her names because she is married. I was not a good person but I did not sire children with them. I don’t know why I did not. Some are in America, Switzerland and two are in Kenya,” Kanyari said.
Kanyari’s baby mama is a well-known Kikuyu musician, Betty Bayo. They have two children.
Reflecting on his lavish gestures towards his former partners, Kanyari disclosed that he had spared no expense, showering them with extravagant gifts including expensive cars and even purchasing a mansion in Nairobi’s Eastlands area for one of the ladies.
“I bought all of them cars, the last one I bought her a house in Greenspan Estate. I bought the house at Sh15 million. After we broke up, I left her with the house.”
However, following the dissolution of these relationships, Kanyari confessed to grappling with the temptation to destroy the mansion he had gifted to his ex-partner.
Despite considering the idea of demolishing the property, he ultimately reconsidered, fearing the backlash and negative publicity that such an act would entail.
“People were pressuring me to go and start living in that house. I was also tempted to go and demolish that house. I wanted to go and get a caterpillar and destroy it,” Kanyari admitted, acknowledging the potential for scandal.
“I then thought about it and changed my mind because it would be another scandal, and people always wait for me to trend.”
