How to create and share WhatsApp call links for easy joining by friends
WhatsApp has introduced a convenient feature that allows users to create and share call links, making it simpler for people to join your calls. These call links are secure and unique each time you create one, ensuring the privacy of your conversations.
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to create and share WhatsApp call links:
Step 1: Open WhatsApp and tap on the “Calls” tab.
Step 2: Select “Create Call Link.”

Step 3: Choose the type of call you want to create, either a video call or a voice call.
Step 4: You have three sharing options:
– This option allows you to copy the call link to your clipboard.
– Share the link directly through WhatsApp with a specific person or group.
– Share the link using other apps outside of WhatsApp.
It’s important to remember a few key points:
– Share your call link only with trusted individuals.
– If you’ve blocked someone on WhatsApp, they won’t be able to use your call link.
– Call links expire if they haven’t been used for 30 days.
– WhatsApp may revoke or remove links for privacy and security reasons.

Removing or Blocking Call Participants
As the creator of a call link, you have the power to manage participants. You can remove participants from the call or even remove and block them. To do this:
Step 1: In an ongoing call, long-press the name or phone number of the participant you wish to remove.
Step 2: Select “Remove [participant’s name or phone number]” from the menu.
Step 3: Choose whether you want to “Remove” or “Remove and block” the participant.
After removal, the participant will be notified that they’ve been removed from the call. If they attempt to rejoin the call, they’ll receive an “Unable to connect” message and won’t be able to rejoin.
