Kasarani outages are notorious and costly
It is now 20 hours since the lights went off in Kasarani and there are no signs that Kenya Power workers are about to save the situation.
The lower part of Kasarani connecting to Clay Works is notoriously known for frequent power blackouts.
Residents and businesses in the area have had to get used to the dark and the losses associated with the blackouts in spite of the area’s proximity to the Roysambu substation.
