By KNA June 11th, 2015 1 min read

Mathare United Football Club has re-signed Andrew Tololwa from Tusker FC, nearly two years after the midfielder left the club for the brewers.

Also expected to join the Slum Boys in this transfer window is AFC Leopards midfielder Ezekiel Seda, with reports indicating that talks are at an advance stage.

“Tololwa is a great player,” said Mathare United head coach Stanley Okumbi in an interview with KNA.

“We are happy that he has agreed to join us again, he understands the club’s philosophy and will definitely play a crucial part for the team going forward,” explained Okumbi.

GOOD PLAYER

The tactician was however coy on whether his side had also secured Seda only saying, “He (Seda) is a good player, and so if and when we sign him, we will let you know. For now though he is still a Leopards player and we respect that.”

Other players who have changed clubs include Gor Mahia’s Kevin Olouch who has joined Muhoroni Youth.

Also joining Muhoroni Youth is Wycliffe Ochomo formerly of Police and Kennedy Kibet from Agro Chemical.

At the same time, Tusker has also secured the services of Martin Musalia from AFC Leopards, with the custodian making his debut in the team’s 1-0 loss to league leaders Gor Mahia.

Joining the Brewers is former KCB player Ronald Musana and Eugine Asike who terminated his contract with Sofapaka midway through the first leg.

Cresten Mwanzo has joined Chemilil Sugar from Muhoroni Youth; while Kakamega Homeboyz’s Andrew Kulecho has joined Rishadi Shedu coached side KCB.
