Kenyan-Mexican actress Lupita Nyong’o and Canadian actor Joshua Jackson seem to have confirmed their relationship, as they were recently photographed getting cozy during a romantic getaway in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
The pair, both renowned figures in Hollywood, were spotted celebrating Nyong’o’s 41st birthday on an extended trip, where they were seen engaging in affectionate displays.
In photos shared online, the couple was captured running into the ocean together, with another image showing them nearly kissing as they embraced each other at the seaside.
They also held hands and strolled along the beach in their swimsuits, evidently enjoying each other’s company.
This isn’t the first time Nyong’o and Jackson have been seen together romantically.
The duo was initially spotted on a romantic walk back in December 2023.
At that time, they were observed strolling hand in hand and running errands at a local market, accompanied by Nyong’o’s pet, Yoyo.
Both Nyong’o and Jackson have recently gone through public breakups.
Jackson’s four-year marriage to actress Jodie Turner-Smith came to an end, with Turner-Smith filing for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.
Sources close to the situation revealed that Turner-Smith initiated the decision, describing their marriage as unhealthy and unhappy.
In a candid interview with The Times, Turner-Smith expressed her newfound freedom, stating:
“I’m enjoying not having to focus on a man. Men take up a lot of space!”
