NTV presenter welcomes baby girl
Media personality Grace Ekirapa and her husband Pascal Tokodi have welcomed a baby girl.
Incidentally, the lovebirds ushered in their newborn on his birthdate.
The new parents made the announcement on their socials.
“To the man whose absence I’m allergic to and whose presence I’m addicted to @pascaltokodi. I asked God for a gift for your birthday and He gave me something even money can’t buy. Today you welcome your princess into the world because she is a gift that God decided to give you for your birthday and I’m honored to have had the privilege of carrying her for us. Happy birthday my love and happy born day AJ. I love you two so much.”
An elated Tokodi also shared the news saying, “My baby girl and I share a birthday. I’m in love❤️❤️♥️#AJ.”
Early this year, the celebrity couple announced they were expecting their second child together.
“The Lord continues to perfect all that concerns our lives and it is beautiful in our eyes. This is a story we shall tell one day. Happy New Year from our growing family,” said Grace.
This revelation came during their Thanksgiving ceremony which they hosted in gratitude to God amidst close family and friends for walking through the journey with them.
“This is our second child. We lost our first child around June. It was hard but we are here again and we thank God for the eight months now going to nine months. We are hoping for many more years,” Tokodi said.
Having anticipated to welcome their baby on April 27th, Grace revealed the she was scared the time she realized she was pregnant.
“Every time I have a muscle pool I cry like crazy. Every time I can’t wake up because the baby is sitting on a nerve, I feel like I’m losing it. Every time I have fears I recall that God said this one would say,” an emotional Ekirapa said.
