Pastor Ezekiel endorses Benny Hinn’s visit to Kenya

Canadian-American televangelist Benny Hinn is set to lead what is being described as one of the most significant crusades Kenya has witnessed in recent years.

The mega crusade will take place at the Nyayo National Stadium in Nairobi this upcoming weekend, scheduled for February 25 and 26.

This marks Hinn’s second visit to Kenya in over two decades, following an invitation extended to him by first Lady Rachel Ruto in September 2023.

In anticipation of the monumental event, Ezekiel Odero, popularly known as Pastor Ezekiel in a video shared on TikTok,  urged his congregation to attend the crusade.

The New Life Prayer Centre and Church minister said he would attend the crusade despite his busy schedules.

“My son asked me if I am going to Nyayo Stadium, and I said yes, and he asked, and what about mum? I said we are going together. We will do our service on Saturday; when it gets to the evening, we run to the airport, take a flight and by 6:30 pm, we are in the stadium. Because the crusade starts in the evening. The next day, we are at a service. There is something called sacrifice. We must pay for it going and coming back,” Pastor Ezekiel said.

Pastor Ezekiel granted permission for his congregants to partake in the service, emphasizing the importance of humility and recognizing the impact of spiritual leaders like Hinn.

“If you do not respect those who came before you, there is nowhere you are going. There is nothing as bad as arrogance. What I am teaching you, understand it. I also gave orders for our station to advertise Benny Hinn’s crusade. Because we have not done what he has done. He is a great man of God, and when he comes, we need that grace,” Pastor Ezekiel proclaimed.

Benny Hinn, renowned globally as both a pastor and an author of bestselling books, is expected to preside over the event, which is anticipated to draw delegates from over 20 countries as well as a multitude of Kenyans.
