Wajackoyah gifts look-alike with expensive watch
Roots Party presidential candidate George Wajackoyah has met and gifted his look-alike with a watch.
In a meeting at his Nairobi office, Wajackoyah, also a respected lawyer, admitted he was shocked to meet the man namely Gordon Owino.
The two have a striking resemblance.
“This is one of the most expensive gold watches in the world. I am a watch collector,” he explained as he handed over the gift.
Additionally, Wajackoyah, nicknamed the ‘ganja’ presidential candidate, says the straps on the watch are made from hemp which is the same species of plant as cannabis.
“Always wear it on your right. This is Hemp. I bestow this watch to you. I have never given this kind of gift to anyone in the world. Only my grandson who is in Spain, I gave him a Sh 7 million watch.”
Famed for his bhang manifesto, Wajackoyah, who has excited the youth by vowing to legalise the sale of marijuana for commercial purposes if elected president, has also promised to campaign alongside his look alike.
Owino who donned a black durag and a denim jacket during the visit wears a beard similar to that of Wajackoyah.
Wajackoyah is among four candidates gunning for the presidency ahead of the August 2022 polls.
