Prophet Lovy Elias Logomba, a Kenyan-Congolese based in the United States of America, recently dedicated two of the 12 children of American entertainer Nick Cannon to God.

The children, twins, are his with one of his several baby mamas, Abby De La Rosa.

Currently, Nick Cannon has about six baby mamas, including superstar singer Mariah Carey.

“Mark 10:14 says “Let the children come to me, do not hinder them, for they belong to the kingdom of God.” Such a true blessing for our family to have Zion, Zillion and Beautiful dedicated to the Most High. It is our duty and assignment to raise our children up in the way they should go and when they are older they will not depart from the Lord. Such an amazing moment in time and space and as for us and our house we shall serve the Lord! Thank you @prophetlovy @magyptian_soal @revelationchurchla for blessing our family. We will never forget such a beautiful moment,” said Ms De La Rosa.

These dedication prayers were done during a church service at the Prophet’s Revelation Church of Jesus located in California, where the Prophet’s wife, Maggy Soal Elias, was also in attendance.

“The best decision parents can make is to give the gift that is our children back to God. Congratulations @hiabbydelarosa & @nickcannon,” posted Prophet Lovy Elias Logomba following the prayers.

However, the prayers elicited mixed reactions in the comment sections where despite many supporting the move to dedicate the children to God, others called out the Prophet for associating with Nick Cannon and not correcting his ways- especially when it comes to his penchant to sire children with several women out of wedlock.

“What message did you have for that man who went around and got multiple women pregnant ?! and sees nothing wrong with fornicating I’m not perfect to judge him but I’m extremely shocked to see him in your presence I hope he is delivered just like i need to be delivered AMEN,” opined Dezzy.

“Two down, 20 to go 😂😂 no but seriously, this is good and we as the body of Christ must acknowledge and celebrate this!!” added Joe Kool.

“This is major for the Kingdom! He once was a servant of allah but now is being blessed by Prophet Lovy. Glory to God,” said Murcii.

“He should be getting that fornication and lust spirit delivered out of him. Let’s be real here!!” added Queen.

This is not the first time Prophet Logomba has courted controversy for spending time with secular Hollywood artistes.

A month ago, he posted photos of himself spending time with superstar American secular rapper, Swae Lee, and even being in the studio with him.

His congregants did not know his intention to spend time with Lee and did not shy away from expressing their rage.

However, this was countered by many others who opined that this was how ‘lost souls’ are won back to Christ- by associating with them and showing them the way and truth instead of castigating them.

Prior to receiving Christ as his saviour, Prophet Lovy was a secular singer who dominated the Kenyan and Congolese airwaves with his music.

He was part of the music duo with his late brother, Christina Logomba, and together they went by the name, Longombas.
