Is Brown Mauzo throwing jibe at his ex-wife, Vera Sidika?

Brown Mauzo, former husband of Vera Sidika, has taken to Instagram to express his thoughts on the paradox of people’s behavior.

In a recent post, the father of five-pointed out the unusual dynamics of our world, where individuals often display deep emotions and regrets when someone has passed away, imploring them to return.

Yet, when that person is alive and well, their care and concern may be notably absent.

Mauzo shared his reflection with the following message:

“We live in such a strange world. When you pass away, people grieve and plead for your return. But when you are among the living, they may not even show that they care about you.”

Vera Sidika had expressed disappointment and frustration over the absence of local celebrities at the funeral of her dear friend, Aziza Frisby, who recently passed away in Tanzania.

Aziza Frisby, a prominent socialite in the East African region, passed away unexpectedly, leaving her friends and acquaintances in shock and grief.

While many local celebrities mourned Aziza on social media, Vera Sidika expressed her disappointment in what she referred to as “fake friends” who only offered condolences online but did not make the effort to attend the funeral in person.

The mother of two shared a series of posts on her Instagram story where she compared the flight duration and time required to travel from various locations to Dar es Salaam, where Aziza was laid to rest.

She lamented that some individuals who claimed to be close to Aziza did not make the relatively short trip to pay their final respects.

In one of her posts, Vera wrote:

“So none of you would take a one hour and 30 minutes flight from Nairobi to Dar to pay your last respect to a person you called a friend. Knowing how Islamic customs prioritize quick burials?

This is why I say this world is filled with so many fake friends. It literally takes about 24 hours to fly from the USA to Kenya; everything happened so fast, I cannot believe it.

Your sister did not even get to see you. I’m so heartbroken right now.”

Vera Sidika was among the celebrities who broke the news of Aziza Frisby’s passing to social media users and paid her heartfelt tributes to the late socialite.
