Jamhuri Bulls FC smash One Africa Logistics in a 11-goal Left-Foot thriller

Jamhuri Bulls FC roared to an emphatic 8-3 victory over One Africa Logistics in a one-sided Left Foot Sports Social league fixture at Sikh Union Club Astro Turf.

Huzaifa Dawood opened the floodgate of goals with only nine minutes played before Boniface Misenge doubled Jamhuri’s lead in the 14th minute, this time Dawood turning the provider. In the 18th minute, Abdulrizak Mohamed struck home the third as Jamhuri took control of the game and they were 4-0 up before the half-time break when Fidel Ahusa drilled home from close range.

On resumption, Africa Logistics came back a more rejuvenated side and they reduced the deficit when Junior Moses capitalized on a defensive mistake by Jamhuri to find the back of the net. Francis Mwaura then scored the second to spark a comeback but Ahusa scored the fifth for Jamhuri, but his second of the day for the 5-2 lead.

James Orengo then scored the sixth to end any hopes of One Logistics getting something from the game before he sealed his brace with the seventh in the 67th minute.

Moses then scored the third for Logistic, his second of the day but Jamhuri was not done yet as Orengo powered home the seventh after a neat cross from Misenge to hand his side their biggest win in the league so far this season. In another Social league fixture, newcomers Gold and Green FC came from a goal down to defeat Abdulrahman Saad Advocates 5-3 in a nine-goal thriller.

Meanwhile, in the Corporate league, Amiran Kenya failed to utilize their chances as they settled for a 0-0 draw against Apec Consortium at the same venue.
