Bongo movie actress Frida Masanja Kajala has explained why she broke up with singer Harmonize.

Kajala, who was in Kenya over the weekend, told Mambo Mseto that perhaps the singer needed his space.

Kajala went on to reveal that the singer had taken her for a ride and no longer appreciated her.

She alleged that Harmonize was not open to her.

“Ni mazoea mtu akishakuzoea sana, anakuchukulia poa. Simlaumu yeye ni kijana mdogo, pengine alihitaji ‘space’ (It seems that intimacy has become a habit, a bad one. I do not blame him. He is still a young man who probably needed his space),” said Frida Kajala.

Kajala has also revealed that she is currently dating a new man, who she revealed is a Kenyan politician.

Without revealing his true identity, Kajala said in an interview with a local Kenyan station that the politician pursued her like any other man who showed interest in her and she decided to go for it.

“I have a relationship with someone from Kenya. I know him, but I can’t tell you who he is. But he’s a Kenyan politician. He came to see me like any other man,” Kajala said.

Kajala dumped Harmonize in October 2022, a few months after their much-publicised engagement.

Kajala announced that she regretted getting back together with singer Harmonize, whom she had given a second chance after an initial split.

The split came a few months after their much-publicised engagement in 2022.

Kajala announced that she had dumped the singer and that she had let her family and friends down.
