Mama Rachel Ruto gushes over meeting her pop icon
Kenyan First Lady Mama Rachel Ruto has expressed her joy after meeting a pastor and an author of a spiritual book she adores.
Taking to his social media page, the joy of the First Lady was expressed through a witty inspiration she got from the book accompanied by their photo.
“It was a delight to finally put a name to Pastor Mark Batterson and his lovely wife, Lora of National Community Church,” she wrote on her Twitter page.

She also said that the spiritual book energized her and made her realize the importance of wrapping one’s dreams with prayer circles.
“After reading The Circle Maker, written by Mark Batterson, I felt re-energized and inspired. I was encouraged to find out that one of the ways in which God does tremendous things in us is through drawing prayer circles around our dreams,” said Mama Rachel.
According to Pastor Mark Batterson in his book, The Circle Maker, “Drawing prayer circles around our dreams isn’t just a mechanism whereby we accomplish great things for God. It’s a mechanism whereby God accomplishes great things in us.”

Mark Batterson was born on November 5, 1969, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
He is an American pastor and author. Batterson serves as lead pastor of National Community Church in Washington, DC.
