Outer Ring Road expansion making life difficult in Donholm
Donholm residents are a depressed lot. The ongoing expansion of Outer Ring Road has seen them contending with massive massive traffic snarl up after the closure of the connection to Jogoo road.
Matatu from Donholm now have to use Outer Ring Road via Mutindwa where they connect to Buruburu.
The diversions are to enable the Chinese contractor finish a section of the road.
The Chinese contractor has said the expasion works will be finished by 2018.
The residents are not that patient and have vented their frustrations on Twitter. Here is a sample of their recations.
