The Oxford Dictionary defines a bot as an independent program on the internet that can interact with systems or users. These bots are automated and can carry out tasks in various industries as long as it has an online presence.

One TikToker by the moniker Techy Jesse, revealed some useful bots for users who enjoy using social media app Telegram and how they can easily use the platform without having to navigate to other websites to do the same. These bots interact with Telegram to bring information instantly to the user.

“Here are three Telegram bots you need to start using right now. Number one is @Foxtune Bot. If you are someone who likes to listen to downloaded songs and you quickly want to download them, send the name of the song to this bot and instantly, the bot is going to send you the song.

Number two, we all love using TrueCaller, but sometimes we do not want to download the app due to storage issues (on one’s mobile phone devices). So for this, you can decide to use @XTZ_Truecaller Bot. Just send the mobile phone number to the bot, it will carry out a search and give you the details of the owner of the phone number.

Number three, every day, we all share files but sometimes, issues arise while sending the file. So you can avoid these issues by simply turning that file into a link; and instead share that link for the other person to download. And this can be done via @FilesoLink Bot,” said Techy Jesse in conclusion.

Telegram has over 700 million monthly active users around the world. Over 15 billion messages have been exchanged on this platform and has over 10 million App store downloads.

Nairobi News previously reported that Pavel Durov, the founder and owner of Telegram, bragged about being among the world’s top five most downloaded mobile applications.

“In 2022, we shipped dozens of new features, which changed how messaging apps work and how billions communicate. We shall relentlessly continue on that trajectory in 2023.” Durov, 38, added.
