“I grew up in Komarock and started my journey as a businessman, selling shoes and even boiled eggs. Though we have risen above those days, my past has taught me the value of humility.”

Reflecting on his musical journey, Fathermoh expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support shown by Kenyan fans.

He credited his breakout song “Shamra Shamra” for propelling him into the spotlight, but acknowledged that “Kaskie Vibaya” has solidified his position in the industry.

Recounting the genesis of the viral hit, Fathermoh explained:

“We were just vibing with rapper Ssaru, arguing about some things, and then the song came about. It was not a big deal or like we were dissing anyone.”

Fathermoh is set to grace the stage at BoomFest 2024 Kenya Edition, scheduled for April 6th at the A.S.K Dome.
