Watch: Mungu amenibariki! Jaguar proudly ‘declares his wealth’
Former Starehe Member of Parliament, Charles Njagua Kanyi, commonly known as Jaguar, has caused a buzz on social media after he posted captivating pictures of his time spent with his video vixen, influencer Miss Barakeilla.
Using his Twitter account, the CAS uploaded the photos with a caption that emphasizes the importance of being true to oneself:
“Nobody can be you better than yourself.”
The photos showcased the duo disembarking from a helicopter while holding hands.
In another photo, the two are seen engaged in conversation at a table, with two cars parked in the background.

However, the majority of comments centered around allegations of Jaguar misusing taxpayers’ money.
During the relaunch of Main Switch Productions on Thursday, May 11, the celebrated artiste addressed his detractors, affirming that he has always been financially prosperous.
“I attribute my success to the grace of God. I’ve been an active participant in the music industry for numerous years. Even before venturing into politics, I was already affluent,” Jaguar said.
He explained that he created countless music videos spanning over a decade.

“I want to clarify that I am not involved in misusing taxpayer funds. I am not boasting, and I even refrained from flaunting my wealth on social media after joining the government. If I were to showcase my prosperity, it might cause people to distance themselves,” he said.
Jaguar further elaborated that music has consistently been the primary source of his wealth.
He emphasized that music is not just a form of entertainment but a serious business venture.
“I approached the music industry as business rather than mere entertainment. I would earn around Sh500,000 from a single show and I would typically have five shows scheduled per week. This means I could generate approximately Sh2.5 million in a week. I planned my career and treated it with a strategic business mindset,” he said.
Jaguar is currently promoting his new song, dubbed Unthinkable, featuring Tanzanian artiste, Lava Lava.
